There has been a lot of talk about the value of Michael Jackson's Right of Publicity. Some attorneys' have even ventured that the value of that right, may well exceed the current value of his estate and that if Michael did not properly transfer this right of publicity, those who inherit his estate may well be in line for hefty taxes.

It's funny when you think about it that he may make more money after his death for the right to use his likeness and for any projects that might have been in the making, than he did while he was living.
