It seems to be a big deal that, in his new autobiography, Andre Agassi admits to having used crystal meth. A big enough deal, apparently, to violate copyright over:

I watched the 60 minutes interview with him sunday and the story has been all over radio as well this week. All are focused on the drug use..for obvious reasons. But as for the matter of copyright infringement from the writer who posted on twitter, I don't think there would be much of a case considering the timeliness issue. Considering the story was to be published the next day, I would not think Agassi nor his book publisher would have strong enough grounds to sue. Besides, if anything it was more publicity.
