Democrat Kay Hagan sues Republican Elizabeth Dole

Apparently, I did something wrong and my blog did not go through properly. This case is about a political ad placed by Elizabeth Dole attacking Kay Hagen calling her anti-christian. In fact Dole’s ad asserts that Hagen is part of the Godless American Political Action Committee. Hagan claims that these statements are damaging and untrue. But, the kicker to the ad is that Dole’s ad uses a voice that is supposed to sound like Hagan saying, “There is no God. Hagen claims that the voice is not hers which is misappropriating her likeness. The ad itself was voted top 10 worst political ads. What do you think?
