Copyright suit involving Electronic Arts

Since we just got done discussing this in class, I thought this might be a good case to look at. Video gaming company Electronic Arts is getting sued for using the UNLV fight song in their NCAA football games. The article states that the University has a limited licensing agreement with regards to using the song. I'm assuming the ruling will be determined by what was agreed upon in that arrangement. It should state whether or not UNLV had permission to license the song to another party, in this case EA.
