Here's the piece on Hershey switching out chocolate for vegetable oil in some of their products.
While this seems to be more of an FDA issue than anything else, just thought I'd share.

Yes you did. Maybe next Thursday. And I agree that this is an FDA issue, not a media/law issue.
Unfortunately, with rising food costs I think substitutions are going to become more prominent. And, as long as the packages are labeled with the substitutions there is really nothing that can be done.
